Sandra Bullock says she is divorcing Jesse James -- AND she's adopted a baby boy, according to People.
Sandra told People she has filed for divorce, adding "I'm sad and I am scared" -- though she does not reveal where the petition was filed. She says she had no idea about Jesse's infidelity.
She also reveals that she's adopted a 3 1/2 month old boy named Louis Bardo Bullock -- and though she and Jesse started the adoption process four years ago and brought the boy home together in January, she now plans to raise him as a single parent.
Of the baby, who was born in New Orleans and named after Louis Armstrong, Bullock says "He's just perfect, I can't even describe him any other way ... It's like he's always been a part of our lives."
Despite the messy split, she says of James, "I really don't know how our paths will intersect in the future, but the father I have known Jesse to be ... is one that I hope Louis can experience one day, no matter how Jesse and I go on with our lives."
Jesse tells the magazine "I know in my heart that I can be the best father possible to my four children and the mate Sandy deserves, and realize that this is an incredible mountain to climb. But believe the steps I have taken in the last 30 days are the foundation to making this happen."
Sandra and Jesse have been married for almost five years. He has three children from two previous marriages.

Blonde vs. Brunette Pam: Who'd You Rather?
Celine Dion's Home -- The Ultimate Water Park
Celine Dion is literally drowning in money -- so much so, that she just built a massive water park in the backyard of her equally massive Florida mansion.
EverydayWorldInterest (EWI) has obtained a photo of Dion's $20 million mansion on Jupiter Island -- which is where some of the richest people on the planet live ... and where Tiger Woods is also constructing an oversized estate.
Included in Dion's ridiculous setup -- a huge pool, lazy river and a water slide.
Because why not?

Celebrity Rehab' Shoots for the Stars
"Celebrity Rehab" is getting both presumptuous and audacious by trying to sign some big fish.
Sources connected to the show tell EWI .... the casting department has set its sights on Lindsay Lohan, Heather Locklear, Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller. Surprise ... none of them have signed up.
As for Lindsay, we're told the show recently offered her $1 million to appear on "Celeb Rehab" as well as "Sober House" and a third possible spin-off. Show sources say they were told Lindsay had no interest, partly because she doesn't think she has a problem and partly because she wants nothing to do with Dr. Drew.
Show sources say they were shut down with Heather Locklear as well -- again, the show sources say they were told Heather doesn't have a problem.
And, the sources say they were shut down by Brooke Mueller. Undaunted, they say they're now going after Charlie Sheen -- perhaps hoping he'll have time on his hands if he doesn't re-sign with "Two and a Half Men."
And the casting crew was shut down quickly by Jenna Jameson.
They better pull a rabbit out of a hat, because filming starts May 10.

Manchester City To Sell Emmanuel Adebayor, Shaun Wright-Phillips, Wayne Bridge & Stephen Ireland In The Summer - Report
Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini is set to sell Emmanuel Adebayor, Shaun Wright-Phillips, Wayne Bridge and Stephen Ireland this summer.
The Italian is looking to get full control of all of City’s transfer and could begin the summer transfer season by making a £50million bid for Liverpool striker Fernando Torres.
City is a point behind Tottenham Hotspur for the Premier League’s fourth and final Champions League spot, and Mancini is looking to improve his squad in order to make a run at the Premier League title next season, according to The Sun.
Adebayor, who has scored 13 goals in 28 appearances this season, came to City from Arsenal for £25m last summer.
Wright-Phillips came back to City in the summer of 2008 from Chelsea and has only started six games this season as he and Mancini have not seen eye to eye.
A former Chelsea defender, Bridge moved to City in January of 2009 and has had a tough season with injuries and off the field troubles.
Ireland has been with City for his entire professional career.
City have a crucial game against Aston Villa on Saturday with both teams still in contention for the last Champions League spot.

Tiger Woods Look-alike -- Shafted in Porno Flick
Eleven Tiger Woods-alikes lined up for a shot at a role in a XXX spoof yesterday -- but the guy who won the role got totally screwed ... because he won't get totally screwed.
We're told the dude in the front of the line won the "Tiger" role in a movie starring real-life Woods mistress Joslyn James -- but the winner won't get to sink his putts ... he's merely there to act.
Sources at Vivid Entertainment -- the company behind the porn -- tell TMZ the Tiger-alike will be used in several non-nude interstitials throughout the flick ... and they'll be calling in "professionals" to fill in the gaps.

Juventus Reach Agreement With Liverpool Coach Rafael Benitez - Report
Juventus are on the verge of landing Liverpool coach Rafael Benitez after the Italian club reached an agreement with him via his agent Manuel Quillon Garcia, accoring to Tuttosport.
Director Roberto Bettega met with the agent in Monte Carlo on Monday night, where the two men spoke about bringing the Spaniard to Turin.
A verbal agreement has now been reached over a three-year deal, and all that remains is to set him free from the contract he is under at Liverpool.
Bianconeri president Jean-Claude Blanc will fly to Merseyside at the end of the week in an attempt to convince Liverpool into yielding their man.
Despite the report, Juventus have said Bettega was in Turin until 16:00CET on Monday, and neither the agent nor the director have confirmed talks had taken place.
Meanwhile, La Stampa reports that a Benitez arrival in Turin could spark off a squad overhaul at Vinovo.
They claim Fernando Torres, Javier Mascherano, Dirk Kuyt and Martin Skrtel would all follow the coach.
However, reports suggest Liverpool would accept no less than €70million for the Spanish striker.

Herregud
- Neppe.
Jeg har et forslag: Jonas synes at Madeleine er gørr kjedelig i senga, hun vil absolutt ikke være med på noe som helst seksuelt spennende. Er det ikke slik det ofte er egentlig?
Hva tror dere??? Kom med forslag ;=)

Britney breaking the rules
Despite multiple reports to the contrary ... Britney Spears' father has not given her a bra ultimatum -- in fact, we're told he laughed when he heard the story. As the tale goes, Jamie Spears was embarrassed by pics of Brit Brit showing off her nip nips, so he imposed a "must wear a bra" rule on his famous conservatee. But sources close to the family tell us there is no such rule in place, nor has there even been any thought of one. We're told Jamie's feeling is this ... you can't make any 28-year-old woman wear a bra if she doesn't want to ... especially Britney.Control her finances? Yes. Her undergarments? No.
Gerrard sends Burnley down
Burney will be playing Championship football next season after a 4-0 defeat against Liverpool at Turf Moor confirmed their relegation.Steven Gerrard opened the scoring early on in the second half and grabbed his second with a superb long-distance strike before Maxi Rodriguez and Ryan Babel scored to leave the Clarets seven points off safety with just two games remaining.Burnley made just one change from the 2-1 loss to Sunderland last weekend with David Nugent recovering from a hamstring problem to return to the starting line-up in the place of Chris Eagles, who had to settle for a place on the bench alongside last week’s goalscorer Steven Thompson.Liverpool made four changes from Thursday‘s Europa League defeat to Atletico Madrid. Daniel Ayala, Alberto Aquilani and Ryan Babel replaced Sotirios Kyrgiakos, Lucas and Yossi Benayoun, while David Ngog missed out with a back injury, so Dirk Kuyt played the lone striker role with Maxi Rodriguez starting on the right wing.Rafael Benitez’s men began the game as the better side and could have been through on goal had it not been for Mears. Babel raced down the left wing and cut inside into the penalty area, only to be stopped in his tracks by Mears who put in a last-ditch challenge to concede a corner as the Dutchman shaped to strike at goal.Agger continued in the left-back position as he has done in recent weeks and he showed his attacking intent early on. The Dane combined with Kuyt on the left wing before Mears was again on hand to clear the ball out for a corner. However, from the resulting corner, Gerrard’s delivery was poor and Cort headed clear at the near post.Aquilani was involved in a clash of heads with Cork after seven minutes but soon recovered to almost set up Kuyt for the opening goal of the game. The Italian whipped in a decent cross into the area towards Liverpool’s lone striker who couldn’t connect with his near post header.Babel posed a threat to the Burnley back four in the opening minutes and had a good chance of opening the scoring after 18 minutes. The Dutchman cut inside from the left wing past Mears but could only drag his right-footed strike wide of Jensen’s left-hand post.Liverpool’s young defender Ayala was a surprise inclusion ahead of Kyrgiakos and he could easily have allowed Burnley to take the lead. Just a minute after committing a clumsy foul on Fletcher, the Spaniard bundled Elliott to the ground on the edge of the area, but his blushes were spared when Fox’s left-footed strike was equally as bad as he struck well wide of goal.Burnley struggled to find a way past the Liverpool defence in the first half hour but Fletcher came close to scoring in emphatic style. Fox’s inviting cross from the left wing found the Scotland international in space in the area but he was called offside after attempting an ambitious overhead kick.Just two minutes later, Fletcher was involved again and had Burnley’s best chance of the first half. Paterson curled an excellent cross into the box towards the Burnley forward, but after outmuscling Carragher and leaping above him, he could only direct his powerful header over the crossbar.
After a couple of chances for Fletcher, it was Gerrard’s turn to have a couple of chances in quick succession. The Liverpool skipper saw his fierce volley from the edge of the area blocked by Cork before playing a one-two with Aquilani only to be denied by Jensen with a low strike from inside the box.Burnley put up a good fight in the first half and they had claims for a penalty turned down as the half drew to a close. Fox’s driven cross from the left struck the chest and thigh of Johnson and there were appeals from the Burnley supporters for a handball but referee Phil Dowd waved play on.The Clarets continued to put pressure on the visitors late on in the first half and almost went ahead through Cork. Mears whipped in an excellent cross from the right wing to the Chelsea loanee, who was unmarked in the area, but he wasted Burnley’s best chance of the half by heading straight at Reina from eight yards out.Fletcher had two good chances to put Burnley ahead in the first half and just a minute into the second half, he had another chance to score. Mears’ delivery was missed by the usually unflappable Reina and the ball fell into the path of Fletcher at the far post but he failed to connect with the ball as Burnley wasted another chance.Liverpool play their Europa League second leg against Atletico Madrid on Thursday which could have been the reasoning behind Benayoun only making the bench, but on 48 minutes, Benitez was forced to bring on the Israeli for Kuyt after he picked up a knee injury, which meant Babel was pushed into the lone striker role.Burnley had not kept a clean sheet in 24 Premier League games coming into the match and that run was to continue. Gerrard played a neat one-two with Benayoun before firing right-footed at goal from 20 yards and the ball took a wicked deflection off Cort and flew into the corner of the goal, wrong-footing Jensen. It didn’t take long for Liverpool to pile more pressure on Burnley and Gerrard grabbed his second moments later in spectacular fashion. Aquilani played a long ball forward to the Liverpool skipper 25 yards out from goal and he brilliantly curled the ball over Jensen into the bottom left-hand corner to double the Reds’ lead.Burnley boss Brian Laws responded by bringing on Blake for holding midfielder Alexander but just a minute before his arrival, the Clarets went close through Nugent. The man on loan from Portsmouth was found in the area one-on-one with Reina but his first-time shot was well saved by the Spaniard.Liverpool almost grabbed a third goal through Maxi after 70 minutes. The Argentine was put through on goal by Babel and took the ball into the area before attempting to catch Jensen out at his near post but the Dane was equal to it and palmed the ball away.Fletcher was Burnley’s main threat going forward and he was inches away from handing his side a lifeline. The Scotland international beat Carragher to the ball on the left side of the Liverpool penalty area before firing a low volley past Reina and against the post.Maxi had a quiet game up until his chance on 70 minutes but he scored his first Liverpool goal a few minutes later. Aquilani combined with Benayoun before sliding an excellent pass through to the Argentine who smashed the ball first time past Jensen and into the far corner.Liverpool looked comfortable after going three goals up and were able to make some substitutions to rest players ahead of their midweek clash against Atletico. Rafael Benitez took off Gerrard and Agger with Pacheco and Lucas coming on in their place, while Burnley brought on Thompson for Nugent in an attempt to score a late consolation goal.Thompson had two late chances after replacing Nugent but it was not enough as Babel made it four in stoppage time. The Dutchman was sent through on goal by Lucas and coolly slotted the ball underneath Jensen to keep Liverpool’s slim Champions League hopes alive and relegate Burnley.

Arsenal looking for Premier League's best shot stopper - Report
According to a report in the Sunday Express, the much-lauded shot-stopper is viewed as an ideal replacement for Manual Almunia and Lukasz Fabianski, after both have failed to impress this season.
Reina has established himself as one of the top keepers in the Premier League since joining Liverpool in 2005, and Reds' chief Rafael Benitez would be fuming if he was forced to offload one of his major assets. The 27-year-old 'keeper recently penned a long-term deal at Anfield, but the prospect of missing out on Champions League football next season will truly test his commitment.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been linked with a number of glovemen this summer and Bayer Leverkusen's Rene Adler and Lyon’s Hugo Lloris may prove likelier options.
